short circuit

it isn't cold out now! i was late for integrated media because i had to put the finishing touches on my switch assignment. i wish i were more electronically savvy. this one girl in the class did a really neat thing with a mercury switch in a watering can connected to an rca cable which would interrupt the signal between tv and vcr, so when the watering can was tipped over the pot of soil, the signal transmitted and on the tv would come fast-motion video of flowers blooming and plants growing. another girl had a ball with photoresistors all over it and a circuit inside with a speaker that changed in pitch and tone and volume in response to different intensities and colours of light. i was just interrupted in my writing by a phonecall from luca followed by a spontaneous burst of cleaning, dusting even. 4 bunnies , 2 cats, and me, all working together can create an incredible amount of mess in a very short time. and they are such jerks, they never help me clean it all up. i will get back to that now, i suppose it is more important than diaryland.
