castration catastrophe

duke had his balls removed today, and cleo is comforting him on his journey to recovery. it is sweet really, she is snuggling up to him and licking his head. hopefully now he will stop trying to redecorate everything with a coating of pungent rabbit urine. i had to put plastic on all the sides of the cage to stop it flying out and getting on my furniture. i went to the grocery store and bought some vegetables and fruits and a pack of swiss rolls, of which i have already eaten 8. they're so insubstantial though! it doesn't SEEM like they're made out of butter and sugar. I also did some watercolour pictures today to send to haberdasher. a couple of them turned out really cool. i tried to take a picture of one with my digital camera but it came out all fuzzy and washed out. i will put it here anyway. daisy has carrot juice on her muffler. what a slob. and one of my newts died of unknown causes.. boo hoo. it was the same one the cats had mauled but that was a long time ago and i thought he had recovered fully from the incident. i didnt know what else to do with him so he got flushed.
