i rescued this little guy from the clutches of a neighborhood cat this afternoon, he's almost fledged but maybe not very bright. anyway, he can hang out here till he figures out how to fly properly. my mom and i are going to picnic in a provincial park on sunday, maybe he'll be ready by then and i can leave him there. he's a starling i think. tonight is hot timesss
